i jus came back from my visit to IMH..i didnt noe dat place was well decorated..n from outside, it does look like downtown east chalet..no wonder ppl make fun of woodbridge hospital calling it 'hougang chalet'..haha so me, joyce, hani n renu went to look for the medical social worker who's in charge of us..then me n joyce were asked to follow dis lady who'll be taking us for the interview session..we went to the elderly ward where all the patients have probs such as schizophrenia, hallucinaton, etc..it was a new experience for me la..seeing ppl talking to the wall, talking to themselves..haha joyce's client was kinda funny..org tanye lain, dia jawab lain..i was really trying to control my laughter..hehe wen she started interviewing him, he was saying "who ask u to come here n ask me questions? the govt rite? im gonna sue the govt!" haha..funny la dat old man..bebual english pulak tu..
my client was a malay old man..luckily mine dengar kata sikit..watever i asked him, he jus answered..but he said he's quite sad la since his children didnt come n visit him..he's actually suffering fr schizophrenia..but his condition is stable now..unlike last time, he used to hallucinate n kept hearing voices that someone is trying to kill him..however, the experience i get was wonderful..i mite even consider to haf my field placement at IMH..i think its so much better than the family service centres
since the visit was quite short n it ended earlier than expected, i didnt feel like goin home..so i msged dearie telling him dat i wanna do some window shopping..so i headed to TM n century square to walked ard..ended up buying things..haha dis is wat happens wen i go shopping alone..i buy things which i didnt even plan to..my plan was to jus get the mascara fr metro..in the end, i bought dis turquoise top fr metro..i think im obsessed wif dat colour now..haha but its really nice..i lurve it more than the zara top which i bought a few wks back.. then i went to the cosmetic section..wanted to get the mascara which i've been eyeing since yest..the salesgirl was telling me dat i can try using the mascara n see the diff..she said "i can help u remove ur mascara first n then apply for u dis mascara." then i said to her "err..im nt using any mascara at the moment." then she said smth like "oh, u're nt? u've got really nice eyelashes u noe..i thot u used mascara." so dah kene puji gitu, of coz i bought the mascara la..haha anw she did tried it on for me n i thot its nt dat bad la..saw dis maybelline lip gloss also..bought dat too.. then now, im eyeing for the eyeliner..jus need to finish up the one im using now b4 i buy dat..gosh!! dis is how i am wen money is at my disposal..was jus telling myself dat i've been quite discipline so far..nt spending so much nowadays..then now, ambik kau!!haha.. n dis havent include the pair of heels which i saw at isetan jus now..tried it on n its really comfy..too bad they dun haf it in my size..but fret not, im gonna search for that heels at other isetan outlets..muahaha!!
